Its possibly the simplest gift card you will find. To make sure there are no pain points in your experiences, we have designed the entire process with SIMPLE being the goal. 

So this is how it works once you buy the gift card: 

1. The chosen Spa / Salon Gift card gets delivered to you in your email with an ecard carrying a unique identification number. 
2. You choose a date within the validity of the card to visit the chosen Salon / Spa 
3. At the reception, flash the card and the manager of the Spa / Salon will ask you basic question to identify yourself and verify it with our system to ensure its not being misused. 
4. One successful verification which usually takes about 1 minute, you can use the card for the services & experiences offered in your chosen Salon / Spa. 

Points to remember: 

1. If your gift card is of a higher value and you are unlikely to utilize the entire value of the card, we recommend you join the membership program offered by the Salon / Spa so that the residual money can be used in the next service. 
2. If the total spend exceeds the value of the gift card, you will be expected to pay the difference amount at the salon directly. 
3. The gift card cannot be used more than once. Any value left in the card will expire wit the first use.
